There is no need for permission for linking directly to state portal until unless otherwise specified. However, we would expect a communication from other websites/portals side to inform us about any links provided to state portal so that any changes or updates in state portal can be informed. Also, we do not permit state portal pages to be loaded into frames on any other site. Our website’s pages must load into a newly opened browser window of the user.
